Questions
- How is usage counted?
- Per location. A location is an address with a tariff attached, whatever devices sit behind it: one home with a battery, a charger and a heat pump is one location. Test mode locations are free.
- What's in the trial?
- Everything in Integration for 30 days: live data in every market, the Console, and access to our engineers. You are not charged until the trial ends.
- More than 500 locations, or more than one market?
- Move to Enterprise. Per-location pricing that falls with volume, with SLAs and security documentation. Your integration carries over unchanged.
- Are all markets included?
- Yes. Every plan covers every country and supplier we support. New suppliers are added at no extra cost.
- How is Integration billed?
- Monthly, by card in the Console or by invoice, excluding VAT. Enterprise is typically invoiced quarterly.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. The trial is free for 30 days, and test mode is free on every plan.
